Zombie Etiquette
Zombie Walks are meant to not only be enjoyable for the zombies, but for the spectators as well. Please follow these guidelines for a safe and fun experience for everyone.
- Do obey traffic laws. While it does seem exciting to run out into the street and scaring drivers to a screeching halt, just don't do it. We do not want anyone getting hit.
- Don't block traffic! Police might interfere and make us disperse. We will be traveling in a very large group that will likely spill over the sidewalk. When that starts to happen, it's alright to grab a few of your ghoulish brethren and go to the other side of the street.
- Do not impede sales at any business en route. By all means stare hungrily at people inside of shops and restaurants, but please don't leave bloody hand prints on their windows!
- Please no alcohol. The walks are generally outside and we do not want anyone getting arrested for public intoxication. Alcohol will be served inside licensed establishments during pub crawls or after parties. Please bring multiple forms of ID since zombies may look younger in make-up. No drugs.
- Do not harass anyone who isn't getting a kick out of the experience. Not everyone will know what's going on, or find it as amusing as we will. Please do not try to scare little children. Don't touch or bite strangers, ever.
